Description
A high performance lithium soap grease with Extreme Pressure properties, designed primarily for the
lubrication of heavy duty plain and rolling element bearings, including those subjected to shock loading
conditions. It contains extreme pressure (EP) / Antiwear additives, oxidation and corrosion inhibitors,
is resistant to water and give excellent protection against rust in the presence of sea water.
APPLICATIONS :
Suitable for use in heavy-duty plain and rolling element bearing operating at low and medium speeds,
including those subject to shock loading conditions, and other industrial used including grease
lubricated gears, requiring the use of extreme pressure greases capable of operating over the
temperature range -20 to 120oC.
Typical applications include plain and rolling element bearings in steel, paper and cement mills,
bearings and equipment in marine environments, and heavy mining and construction machinery. Also
suitable for the wheel bearings of trucks and off-highway vehicles.
FEATURES :
Having good mechanical stability properties this grease will not unduly soften or leak bearings
operating under high loads and medium speeds, thus providing improved service life. Reduced wear
under severe operating conditions due its to excellent EP characteristics.
Excellent water tolerance, is resistant to water washing and incorporate powerful rust inhibitors to
protect bearing and machinery components against corrosion (even in the presence of sea water).
Multi-purpose, suitable for all types of bearing requiring an Extreme Pressure grease.
Good pump ability properties enabling it to be dispensed satisfactorily by means of hand operated
grease gun and by centralised lubrication systems.
